Hog’s made a few big announcements at their annual conference in Fiji a couple of weeks ago to a packed delegation of franchisees, suppliers and head office staff, including a move into the mobile food industry with the introduction of Hog’s Express. After 28 years of operating bricks-and-mortar restaurants, Hog’s will be taking to the road with food trucks, and popping up in shopping and service centres around the country.  The star of the Hog’s Express menu is that great Aussie staple, the steak sandwich, backed up by a selection of burgers, hot dogs, wraps and other Hog’s favourites with all the grunt you’ve come to expect from the brand.  Hog’s is also experimenting with its first drive-thru restaurant in NSW and is considering delivery options.
