IdleBird is the brainchild of Kara Chiconi, who recognised that fashionable resort wear had next to no sun protection.  She sourced beautiful SPF50+ fabric from Italy and embarked on her mission to create beautiful resort wear that protects skin from sun damage and is also more attractive than the classic rashie.

The Challenge

With the Idlebird website up and running, and branding established, Kara now needed help spreading the word about her beautiful label. She enlisted the help of Fuse Agency to introduce IdleBird to the Australian market in style.

The Result

IdleBird’s launch was a huge success, with widespread media coverage, resulting in a huge increase in orders. Through a targeted press campaign, the Fuse PR team achieved extensive media coverage for Kara and the Idlebird label. In particular, Kara’s orders skyrocketed following the release of a feature on popular lifestyle site ‘Mamamia – The Glow’.
